Meet our Director: Odona Whiddon, LPC, CPCS

Odona enjoys working with couples to strengthen communication and develop healthy, effective ways to navigate conflict. She has a special interest in supporting women recovering from domestic abuse, codependence, anxiety, and depression. Odona also enjoys working with mothers to help them build a parenting style that aligns with their values and goals—empowering them to become the parent they aspire to be, rather than repeating patterns from their own childhood. Odona serves as the MomCo Coordinator at First Baptist Church Columbus, GA. She has been married for 23 years and has 3 children.
